The Best Movies of 2007

Hello peeps! Get your notebooks and pens ready for the next best three movies of 2007. We have dramas, computer-animated films, romances, comedies, horror movies, all the genres you can possibly imagine. I won’t tell you all the titles released in this year, but the best three.

1. Ratatouille. Admit it, you went straight to the kitchen and looked for something to eat in the first two minutes after the movie has started! The suspenseful story then compelled you to keep your eyes on the screen during the whole movie! Pixar did it again! This time, we developed feelings for rats, which is pretty difficult thing to do, considering how many people suffering from musophobia are out there. Watch it, you won’t regret it!

2. Into the Wild. Better said, live without boundaries. When the movie was released, it brought with it a formidable commercial and critical success. Not to mention the huge bucket of awards. The American biographical drama survival film was written and directed by Sean Penn and it received 82% positive reviews on Rotten Tomatoes and a score of 8.2/10 on IMDB.

3. No Country for Old Man. The neo-Western thriller film was the best film of 2007, all due to the talented Joel and Ethan Coen and the well written eponymous novel by Cormac McCarthy. It holds a score of 8.1/10 on IMDB, 93% positive reviews on Rotten Tomatoes and 91% on Metacritic. It grossed $171.6 million against a budget of $25 million.

Other movies worth watching are: June, There Will Be Blood, Transformers, Zodiac, Spider-Man 3, Pirates of the Caribbean: At World’s End, Atonement and many others.
