45 YEARS- Soon in Cinemas

This in one of the moments I wish Oscars were given for each and every remarkable performance, because I have several in my mind: Maggie Smith for her role in The Lady in the Van, Leonardo DiCaprio in The Revenant, Jennifer Lawrence in JOY, Liam Hemsworth and last, but not least Charlotte Rampling in 45 Years. Either you’ve heard about the movie or not, you must know that its story can’t be described in words. 45 Years is probably the most emotional story you have seen this year with the best portrayal of a character. Because I don’t want to spoil anything regarding the film’s premise, I just want to assure you that the film is a must see by all the cinefilles out there. It already holds 98% positive reviews on Rotten Tomatoes.

Charlotte-Rampling

“Like an antidote to vacuous blockbusters, this intelligent, thoughtful drama packs more intensity into a quiet conversation than any number of death-defying stunts and explosions can muster.” says Rich Cline of contactmusic.com.
I suggest that you watch the movie’s trailer if neither I, nor Cline convinced you to spend your money on a capodopera rather than on Krampus, for example.
